What we collect
When you use our reservation form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone numbers, pickup and drop-off details, city, state and zip code, trip date and time, occasion, number of passengers, vehicle type and any comments. We also receive what you tell us when you call or email us.

How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, to plan and confirm your trip, to send you a confirmation email and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your information.
Who receives it
Reservation requests are emailed to our team. The confirmation email goes to the address you give us. Our website host and email providers handle the data on our behalf so the site and email can work.

Some pages link to other websites, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Keeping your information
We keep reservation details for as long as we need them to handle your request and our business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, call (818) 940-0010 or email info@burbanklimousine.com.
Children
This website is meant for adults who book transportation. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
