Booking at a glance

Airport pickups (any airport): book at least 48 hours ahead.
All other reservations: book at least 4 to 5 days ahead. This includes weddings, party buses and other hourly trips.
Airport waiting time: 30 minutes are free. After that, waiting is $65 for each additional half hour.
Airport transfer pricing: a set price.
Deposit: none for airport transportation. A mandatory $200 deposit for all hourly reservations.
Gratuity: not included, unless you ask us to add it to your direct billing.

How much notice we need

For airport pickups at Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) or any other airport, we need at least 48 hours' notice. For the rest of our reservations, including weddings, party buses and other hourly service, we need at least 4 to 5 days' notice. Booking earlier is better, especially for weekends, prom season and holidays. If your trip is closer than that, call us and we will tell you what we can do.

Airport pickups: flight tracking and waiting time

We track your flight. Based on the landing schedule, your chauffeur arrives about 10 minutes before the plane lands. We do not charge for the first 30 minutes of waiting. After 30 minutes, waiting is charged at $65 for each additional half hour. Send your flight number when you book, as described on our airport service page.

How pricing works

Airport transfers have a set price, which we confirm with you before the trip. Other reservations are hourly. We confirm the vehicle, the details and the price with you before anything is final, so there are no surprises on the day.

Deposits and cancellations

Airport transportation: no deposit is required.
Hourly reservations: a $200 deposit is mandatory.
If you cancel after the reservation is made, the $200 deposit is not refundable.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the service date, the full amount of the reservation is due.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in our prices. It is up to you. If you would rather have the gratuity added to your direct billing, tell us when you book and we will include it.

Party buses: capacity and alcohol

Our largest party bus, the Mercedes-Freightliner, holds up to 32 passengers. Seating for each vehicle is confirmed for your date before you book, so see our party bus page for the vehicles we list. We do not provide alcohol in the vehicle. Guests who are 21 or older are welcome to bring their own.

How much notice do I need for a Burbank airport pickup?

At least 48 hours. That applies to Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) and to any other airport.
